Slow-Cooker Pulled Paprika Chicken
Set it in the morning: chicken breasts, tomato, paprika and a little vinegar, shredded into a pile that works in bowls, wraps and on baked potatoes all week.
- Chicken breast is one of the leanest everyday sources of protein.
- Canned tomatoes and tomato paste are sources of vitamin C and lycopene.
- There is no added sugar in the sauce — the sweetness comes from the tomatoes themselves.
