Returns & refunds

The short version

If a file does not work, is not what the page described, or you decide within 30 days that it is not for you — write to us and we will refund it. We do not ask you to justify it.

How to ask

Email hello@thefreshweek.com with the address you used at checkout. That is everything we need. We reply within two working days; refunds are issued through the payment provider and typically arrive within 5–10 working days.

What you keep

These are digital files, so you keep the download. Asking for a refund does not put you on any kind of list.
