Ingredients
- 1 cup / 90 g rolled oats
- 1 cup / 250 ml milk of choice
- ½ cup / 120 g plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 3 tbsp mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame), toasted in a dry pan
- pinch of salt
Method
- Stir oats, milk, yogurt, syrup and salt in a jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with berries and the toasted seeds just before eating.
Worth knowing. Keeps two days. Frozen berries thaw on top overnight and make their own sauce.
